Couples Mentoring

Couples' work is vital for sustainable change.
With couples mentoring and coaching, we recommend speaking with us about your needs and how we may serve you with our couples sessions. These initial conversations are free and no obligation, so you may gather information to make an informed decision
Couples Plan
If you are starting recovery work for the first time as a couple, Individual sessions will begin first. Individual personal growth builds a foundation for sustainable growth as a couple. As individual goals are met, we will transition to meeting as couples while continuing the individual sessions.
We recommend beginning the first month with two individual sessions for each spouse to get a baseline history. Then, we will have one couples session to discuss goals based on your needs and desired outcome. Many couples will opt to do individual sessions first to build up healthy relational skills, until we can integrate couple sessions into the plan.
We have a suggested plan listed below.

$110 per person per individual session x 2= $220
$160 per session meeting as couples X 2= $320
(when meeting with both of us we reduce the fee to $80 each whith equals $160 per session)
Total per month $540
To recap this plan-
Each month will include
2- 60-minute sessions as couples.
2- 60-minute sessions individually
15-minute phone (call or text) check-ins are available each week.
Curriculum assignments will be followed up on in sessions.
